Awarded the prestigious title of Cuisine NZ Chef of the Year for 2023/24, Zennon's culinary prowess is unmistakable. Under his guidance, Paris Butter’s menu is a testament to creativity and culinary finesse, offering diners a choice between three or six courses that highlight the best of New Zealand’s produce.

Hollie Smith

Hollie Smith is one of New Zealand's most predominant & iconic musicians. After working with numerous bands, Hollie Smith shot into the public eye in 2007 when she was approached by NZ songwriting royalty Don McGlashan to perform on the movie soundtrack ‘No.2’, recording the single ‘Bathe in The River’ that topped the New Zealand singles charts, peaking at number two and spending 37 weeks on the charts.

‘Bathe in the River’ has since become one of the biggest and most iconic singles in New Zealand history, showcasing her breathtaking and soulful talent to the world.

Hollie Smith is a prolific hardworking singer, songwriter, and performer who has always maintained a highly respected reputation of creating music with the utmost integrity & passion. Her incredible live performances and powerhouse vocals have made her one of the most sought after acts in the New Zealand music industry.

The Lost Tribe Aotearoa

Roots Rockers Lost Tribe Aotearoa (LTA) were established in the surfing town of Raglan New Zealand in late 2017.  LTA are a family-based band who push conscious messages through their lyrics.  They are known for their high energy and hard hitting live shows and have played alongside many of Aotearoa’s finest bands.  Their sound is an eclectic mix of roots, dub, rock, ska and blues with influences coming from many artists and genre.

The South Islands very own country/rock n roll artist Brad Staley, playing a mixture of original released/unreleased music, covers of your favourite bands.

Eclectix Fix

We are a proud Marlborough bunch of musicians who started as a four-piece group and grew!!

Some of us have been playing together since 1992 and have a wide range of skills including arranging our own versions of songs and playing multiple instruments.

We love playing a variety of genres to meet most music tastes and our set lists are always eclectic!!

JOLA BURNS

JOLA BURNS is an electrifying pop/electronic cousin duo hailing from Nelson/Whakatū. Their sound, influenced by the mesmerising vocals of Jorja Smith and the innovative production of Flume, creates an irresistible musical fusion. Onstage their live performance, launching samples with live guitar, synths, vocals and drum pads, captivates audiences.


Consisting of multi-instrumentalists Alyahna Sanson-Rejouis and Kahu Sanson-Burnett, JOLA BURNS draws inspiration from a diverse range of artists. Alyahna, admiring Billie Eilish, writes emotive lyrics in English, te reo Māori and French. Her pop and R&B influences, think Kali Uchis and Sade, infused with hints of jazz and soul, create a dynamic musical tapestry. Kahu, a self-taught producer and composer, channels the creativity of Skrillex and Alison Wonderland, to provide a vast sonic palette. With his diversity on guitar, bass, keys, and drums, he adds depth and texture to their sound.

Already making waves in the music scene, JOLA BURNS released their debut singles Going Up Now, Sixes and Sevens, Looking Back At Me, and Arcadia in 2023. They performed at Nelson Opera in the Park to a crowd of 7000+, and placed 2nd in the Smokefree Rockquest 2023 solo/duo National Final.
